Best Rakeback Method for No Limit Full Ring Players
Contributed. To figure out if which method is best for your NLFR Sessions, consider if you are tighter
or looser than the average player.
The majority of the time winning NLFR players will be tighter than the average player at the table. If
you are tighter than the average player you will make more rakeback at a room that uses the Dealt
method. For tighter than average NLFR players, Weighted Contributed is the worst. So, in most
NLFR situations the dealt method will be more profitable.
Dealt is the only method where you don’t have to contribute to the pot to earn rake. As long as you
are dealt cards and the pot is raked, you will be credited with contributing a certain % of that rake.
The tighter you are compared to the average player, the more of an impact having the dealt method
will have. This is because you will be contributing to the pot less than everyone else, but getting the
same percentage of rake credited to your MGR.
For the looser than the average NLFR player, the contributed method is preferred. Weighted
Contributed would be even better.
If you have an average tightness level compared to the other players, then it does not matter which
method the room uses.
Using PokerTracker can help you identify your loose/tight level compared to the average player in
your database, if you are unsure or want a better estimate
